John Ladalski, an American-born master in kung fu, emigrated to kung fu and began his film career that began in the late 1970's, during the chop socky boom. Many fans will best know him in the United States as the evil Chief Lama that Jackie Chan fights off along with a bunch of monks in Armour of God. In 1981, he was seen as Bruce Lee's best friend in Chinese Stuntman. He can also be seen in small, lowbudget Ninja films of the 80's. In 1989, he played Yasuaki Kurata's trainer in the Japanese-Hong Kong co-production of Bloodfight. Today, John is teaching martial arts in Hong Kong and is a certified sifu, actor, and action choreographer. |
