Plot

Governor Rupert levies heavy taxes on the people. Carl, a subordinate of Rupert, uses his power to bully the weak, he admires the beauty of Anna, the daughter of Rupert. Ah But, a bandit leader, heads his chivalry to fight against injustices on behalf of the people. Unfortunately, But's group is wiped out by the troops led by Carl. But is then executed in the public.
