Cheung Po Shing is a righteous Security Officer in China with supernatural power. As he is sent to Hong Kong to catch two brutal thieves, he meets Hong Kong Inspector Lee Siu Ming, his girlfriend Suki and Suki's elder sister Miss Pak,the Queen of Market. As a news reporter in a television company, Suki takes the opportunity and becomes the thread-puller for Shing and her sister. Pak introduces Shing to her uncle Hoi. The two men become good friends. Hoi helps Shing to gather the necessary information through Au, a middle man. In the meantime, Shing's way of digging and seeking makes much trouble for the Hong Kong Police.
