Striving for justice and rank, keen competition inside a unit is hidden in the darkness--hard to tell who is your friend or enemy. Wah (Simon Yam) and Maggie (Maggie Shiu) have been cooperating for more than a year but have never got along well, the team's morale drops to its lowest phase. Maggie is promoted recently as she always gains appreciation from the head whereas Wah is suppressed of chances. One day, the two leaders lead their own subordlnates to a remote and scarce area to search for a group of robbers who are illegal immigrants. But searching separately deep in the woods, the two teams are being targeted and attached by the robbers.
