This section will present you with different aspects of the famed studio. For the Shaw Brothers not only produced kung-fu and wuxiapian movies (admitedly their best known works) but by making drama, musicals, crime thrillers, comedies and horror films whcih remains little seen and underappreciated to this days.

A day at the Shaw Brothers’
David Vivier had the chance to visit the Shaw Studios in Clearwater Bay. Here is a guided tour inside the mythic studios.

Interview with Gordon Liu
It's in Deauville in 2004 that Bastian had the pleasure to meet on of the Shaw Brothers mythical actor, a man push back in the limelight again thanks to Quentin Tarantino' Kill Bill where he plays Uma Thurman feisty old master Pai Mei.

Meeting a Shaw Brothers legend, Ti Lung at the 2004 Amiens Film Festival
We were able to interview one of the last living legends of the Shaw Brothers studios: Ti Lung who happened to be guest of honour at the 2004 Amiens FIlm Festival.
